Submitting a Notice of Infringement

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

  • The specific URL or location on this site where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that do not include all of the above elements may not be acted upon. Submit your notice through our contact page.

Our Response

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content in a timely manner. We will notify the party that posted the content of the removal where required.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Limitation of Liability

This site acts as a service provider under the DMCA and is not liable for infringing content posted by third parties, provided we respond appropriately to valid takedown notices.
